Each van is engineered to meet the clients specific needs. We work together to design a layout that mirrors your vision.
Let’s get started!
1. Inquiry Form
Once you fill out the inquiry form below, we will contact you to set up a free consultation to see if we are the outfitters for you.
2. Secure your date
If it’s a good match, you will put down $1,500 to secure a build date. Once your date is secured, we will get started on your design and build estimate. After we have worked together to formulate a layout and list of materials for your conversion, we will send you an estimate and design for your build. Once approved, a 25% deposit is due and we will sign a contract together.
3. Drop off
You will drop off your van before your production date so we can get to work! At the time of drop off (or delivery), we will go through your layout and materials one more time. We can make any changes before the start of your build.
4. Production
It’s time to bring your vision to life! A 25% deposit is due on your production date, 25% is due after the first half of the project and the remaining sum upon pickup. Depending on your specifications and lead time on materials, builds can take anywhere from 4-8 months. As your build gets closer to completion, we will work together to schedule a pickup date.
5. Pick up!
It’s time for you to pick up your dream home on wheels! Before sending you off into the sunset, we will go through a full orientation at the time of pick up. The rest of the story is for you to write…
Frequently asked questions
Do you provide the van?
In most cases, we do not provide the van itself, but we are happy to help source a van that meets your needs and facilitate an order. Occasionally we will acquire vans for resale- ask if we have any in stock!
How much does a van build cost?
Short wheelbase conversions generally range from 90-170k, while long wheelbase conversions generally range from 100-200k. Since our work is so custom, pricing really depends on the materials and features you are interested in. After we have heard your wants and needs, we will be able to give you a more accurate estimate.
Do you work on any van?
At this time, we only work with Ford Transits. We would love to have a conversation about why we believe they provide the best chassis for conversions on the market.
